At GDC, I led the production of Tenstorrent’s customized booth, working closely across creative, marketing, and DevRel to shape an experience that felt both technically grounded and visually considered. The project involved a great deal of coordination — from booth design, materials, and scheduling to demo readiness, attendee flow, and the many moving parts behind a live-facing presence at a major industry conference. We produced within a $55K budget with modest savings, supported 14 attendees, and handled lead capture via LeadInsights and the QB2 Sweepstakes. The booth drew strong attention from developers exploring AI in games, and the work helped sharpen Tenstorrent’s brand presence and positioning within the gaming and local AI landscape.
