Tenstorrent’s first technology summit in China, held in Shanghai, brought together 120+ attendees and 33+ journalists across tech, government, finance, and analyst media. I led the international production side of the event, coordinating with a local partner, supporting visa planning, managing burner devices and China-specific IT considerations, and organizing travel for 30 Tenstorrent attendees. The event extended the brand’s momentum into a new market after San Francisco, so part of the work was to keep the experience visually and operationally consistent across regions. Produced on a budget of $156k USD, it generated 350+ positive articles (including Yicai, thepaper.cn, and Semi China) in the first week and more than 1.5 million views.
